Shipping & Returns
We will ship products directly to addresses within the United States and Canada. Expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.
We are a small, volunteer-led operation. We will do our best to ship orders the next business day for orders placed before noon Pacific Time.
For international orders, please contact us separately to order. Due to the high shipping costs, we will invoice you directly for the actual costs of shipping your order.
We do our best to provide the best quality in each of our products, but we also understand that buying online isn’t the same as holding a product in your hand and things can happen during shipping. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If your product doesn’t arrive in quality condition, or is otherwise unsatisfactory, send it back to us and we will refund or replace your order within 30 calendar days. You may also cancel your order prior to shipment for a full refund.
To start a return, contact us via email within 30 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit within a reasonable time frame, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a refund. For damaged or defective items, you have the option to either return the product for a refund or receive a replacement free of charge. If you choose to receive a replacement instead of a refund, Center for Creative Inquiry will pay the return shipping costs for the defective item. You do not need to return damaged items priced under $25 to receive a replacement.
